Women's Day Event Reports

The college established a women’s cell in the year ……. It aims at providing a safe environment to all the girl students of the college, besides helping them to have an overall development of their interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.

In addition to empowering female students and teachers and improving their awareness of women’s issues, this cell works to provide a safe and supportive environment for women on college campuses and addresses real-world concerns pertaining to the welfare and equitable treatment of women faculty, staff, and students.

Objectives:

To improve the health and morale of female students.
Development of personality along with academic development of female students. that occur during puberty and avoid going
Understand the physical and mental changes down the wrong path.
Providing a platform for redressal of complaints and grievences.
Creating awareness about protecting rights.
Creating a healthy environment across the college to promote healthy habits.
Maintaining the absence of parodies that make fun of women.
Avoding the frustration of falling in love.
Addressing issues related to gender inequality.
